Job Summary
AX Verdala Wellness & Spa is looking for a friendly and service‑minded Guest Experience Agent to join our team. This role is central to how guests feel from the moment they arrive, helping them with information, guidance, and support throughout their visit.
Working closely with the Guest Experience Manager, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly while making sure every guest feels welcomed and well looked after. The position involves regular interaction with guests, colleagues across different departments, and external partners, so a warm and professional approach is important.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with personalised requests including reservations, transportation, and tailored recommendations.
- Provide accurate information on local attractions, dining, activities, and hotel services.
- Handle guest needs efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Use booking and reservation systems to manage guest arrangements accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service consistency.
- Support Front Office operations as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold 5‑star service standards in all guest interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel or Forbes Travel Guide‑rated establishment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency with booking/reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong local knowledge of attractions, dining, and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
